FSSAI Compliance Notice

Dear Supplier Partner,
You would be aware that the Food Safety and Standards Regulations have come in force since 5 August 2011. Among the various requirements prescribed by the new regulations, the one on licensing requires us to procure food products from only FSSAI (Food Safety and Standards Authority of India) licensed / registered suppliers. While the Food Safety Authority has given a one year time period for transition from earlier licenses to new licenses, this period ends on 4 February 2013. It is therefore vital that the necessary statutory compliances are fulfilled and ensured expeditiously by us and our supplier partners.

In this regards, kindly send the hard / scanned copies of your FSSAI license to the under mentioned address / email ID on priority. In event you have not applied for FSSAI license, we would urge you to please apply for it at the earliest so that we are in receipt of your FSSAI license before 4 February 2013.
